Black and red-lacquered wood wig box. Domed lid ornated gilt and silvered of landscape with pagoda enlivened with two Chinese figures and one phoenix. Shapely sides ornated with simulated tortoise shell decoration. Brass handle and key lock with engraved decoration of blossoms and palmettes
