Small rectangular silver seal engraved with alliance coat of arms of COUHE de LUSIGNAN - VANSSAY stamped with count’s crown and held by two lions. Turned ebonized wood handle.

The COUHE de LUSIGNAN coat of arms are “quarterly or and azur: with four mertlets on both sides” are surmounted with a crest depicting the spirit Melusine, the family’s mythic ancestor.
The VANSSAY coat of arms are “three azur and argent bezant scharged with mouchetor of sable ermine”.
