Rare porcelain plate. China, Yongzheng Period


Rare porcelain plate decorated with Famille Rose enamels, full decoration on center of flowered vase; and inner and outer rims with friezes of interlacings, fish eggs, mosaics, checkering with blossoms, diverse flowers. Ensemble painted with large polychrome enamels palette with graduating pink, turquoise blue, cobalt blue, manganese brown, emerald green, yellow, overglaze red and bianco sopra bianco.
