Parchment sheet (61 x 42 cm [24 x 16-1/2 in.], 6 cm [2-1/4 in.] folded), written in Latin in brown ink. Ornament letters and signatures. Lead bulla suspending from small yellow and pink hemp rope. Visa on behalf of Jean François de Gondy, Archbishop of Paris.

Urban VIII, bishop, servant of the servants of God, whereas there is, in the parish church of Saint Martin de Lybaio, in the diocese of Paris, a brotherhood of pious faithful of either gender under the invocation and honor the sacrosanct sacrament, erected for the worship of Almighty God and the salvation of souls, grant indulgence and remission of sins to colleagues who would have repented, would receive the most holy sacrament of the Eucharist and during their death, in the name of Jesus (from spoken or at least from the heart).
He also grants leniency and forgiveness of sins to brethren who pray for peace between Christian princes and the Roman Pontifis intentions, the day of the Feast of Corpus Christi, the day of the Translation of St. Martin (July 4) , the day of the Assumption, being one of the Purification, that of the dedication of the church (December 14).
