Pair of silver double salt-cellars. Paris, 1809-1818


Pair of silver double salt-cellars on a tripod base with classical caryatid mounts and goat hoof feet, the openwork body with a pierced frieze of palmettes. The central part decorated with a lyre surmounted by a finial designed as a laurel crown. Cut white glass-liners.
