Officer’s cuirass attire comprising:

- one officer’s cuirass helmet, 1874 model. Nickeled sheet-iron shell. Gilt brass emblem, gadrooned crest, band with grenade and scaled chin strap lined with velvet. Red plume

- officer’s cuirass, nickeled sheet-iron breast plate and backplate, dated 8bre 1884. Shoulders with chainlinks lined with leather (accident on one). Shoulder attachments with gilt brass lion mouth and clasps with laurel leaves. Leather pull straps

Cuirass: Height: 40 cm (15-3/4 in.) - Width: 38,5 cm (15 in.).

Fairly good condition

Helmet: missing horsehair plum, dismantled crest

Cuirass: oxidization, missing a section on belt
