Mahogany and mahogany veneer bureau à cylindre (roll-top desk) on all sides with decoration of brass and ebony fillets. Fitted with three drawers in the upper part. The roll-top conceals three drawers and a paper holder with three compartments, writing surface sheathed with black leather. The lower part is fitted with four drawers, the one on the left, the biggest in size, constitutes a till. Two side writing slabs. Atop four tapered and fluted legs. Grey-veined marble top encircled by an openwork brass gallery. Trefoil locks.

Marble cracked. Some chips, scratches and small losses. Leather worn.
