LIMOGES, Delinières Workshop.

Porcelain breakfast set comprising a large cup and its small tray, white and sky-blue ground, enhanced with gilt thread and lambrequins decoration, and initialed MG.

Dimensions of cup: Height: 7.5 cm (3 in.) - Diameter: 11.5 cm (4-1/2 in.).
Dimensions of tray: Height: 12.5 cm (5 in.) - Width: 22.5 cm (8-3/4 in.).

Rémi Delinières joined Pierre Guéry, owner of a Limoges manufacturing in 1869. After the latter’s death, Rémy Delinières joined with Pierre Malaud, and they created together the company: Delinières & Co.
In 1895, Rémi Delinières associated with his collaborator Léonard Bernardaud and founded the company that later became: Bernardaud & Cie.
