Within the My account > Alerts section, you can set up alerts using keywords and categories. You will thus be automatically notified by email when new items match your criteria.

The Track item button above the item picture allows you to create a personalised selection within your account. They are thus easier to find and you get email notifications when they go on sale, their price decrease or they were purchased.
