Condition report:
The painting is under an uneven varnish. The painting was properly re-lined around 1900. The face was cleaned. We note restorations on cheeks, nose and forehead.

Our painting is an adaption of a composition by Guido Reni in the Versailles collections (copper, 64 x 56,5 cm [25 x 22-1/4 in.])
