The firm was created by Roberto Perazzone in 1985. In 1991 Etienne-Irénée Brun joined him, first working as an intern and then as his partner from 1996. Their services were required after the fire of the Crédit Lyonnais in 1996-1997.

They appraised Annette Giacometti's estate from 1999 to 2003.

For several years, they also participated in the creation and development of auctions specialized in modern sculpture with the auction house Hoebanx-Couturier.

In addition, Roberto Perazzone has been teaching at Drouot Formation since 1997.
