Empire style silver-plated sugar bowl


Silver-plated urn-shaped sugar bowl resting on a quadrangular base with four ball feet. Decoration of water leaf friezes, cornucopias and two antique females depicting the muse of poetry and the muse of comedy. Scrolling side handles with foliage. Pine cone finial. Inner tinted blue glass liner.

Empire style, circa 1900.
