Patinated babbitt metal dancer holding a basin in her arms. This last object bears the mention : Sté de l'Exposition Coloniale Paris 1931 (Colonial Exhibition Society..) On a navette-shaped plinth in pink-veined scagliola.

Height: 18 cm (7 in) - Length: 31 cm (12.2 in)

Wear on patina. The basin was probably originally intended to support a globe for use as a night-lamp.
