CREIL MONTEREAU.

Rare service of fine earthenware with a polychrome decor of vegetables and herbs such as eggplants, dandelions, carrots, green beans, chicories, turnips. The vegetables are surrounded by insects and butterflies. Yellow fillets on the borders. Knops designed as foliages in relief.

Comprising:
-17 flat plates (5 have accidents: chips, cracking),
-7 soup bowls,
-1 sauce boat (missing handle),
-2 oval hors-d'oeuvre dishes,
-1 oval charger,
-1 round charger (minor chip under the support),
-1 smaller, round charger (chip),
-1 round, soup tureen with cover (slight crackling),
-3 egg cups (2 egg cups with chip and crack).

Late 19th Century.

Diameters of round chargers: 29,5 cm (11-1/2 in.) and 32,5 cm (12-3/4 in.).
Oval charger: 40 cm (15-3/4 in.).
