Small bronze statuette representing Garuda with joined hands in adoration gesture (anjali mudra). Garuda with bird of prey head, cosmic mount for the God Vishnu, is known for being enemy for snakes. His main exploit was stealing the immortality elixir from the demons for the gods. He evokes the solar aspect of Vishnu.
