Babbitt metal commemorative clock with gilt patina, upper-part representing emperor Napoleon 1 on his horse on a rocky embankment and bearing the inscription "Honneur au courage malheureux. Capitulation d'Ulm 17 8bre 1805". (Honor and courage to the unfortunate. The Capitumation of Ulm 17 October 1805.) Enameled dial-plate encircled by a floral garland. Resting on a base with inlaid decoration of an eagle and lightning bolts and an armed trophy, terminating by four feet, two of which with cannons.

Wear on the patina and gilt, missing the balance and attribute. Crack on dial-plate.
