Astonishing bronze equestrian statue with black patina representing a cavalryman wearing an important uniform fitted for three removable heads.
The first being the Emperor Napoleon with his infamous hat, the second being Charles X (1824-1830) wearing a bicorne hat and the third head of King Louis-Philippe (1830-1848) wearing a bicorne hat as well.

On a plinth engraved with the mention "Fagny à son ami Placy" (Fagny for his friend Placy).

According to the memory and verbal souvenir transmission of Madame Elisabeth Dumalle (maiden name Placy), this statue was given by the sculptor to Mr. Pierre Placy following these events: This sculpture was commissioned by a client and delivered or viewed upon completion. This client did not fill his obligations which rendered the sculptor so angry that he cut off the sculpture's head. This head was initially that of Napoleon Bonaparte. The sculptor later executed for Pierre Placy, a Royalist, the heads of Charles X (1824-1830) and Louis Philippe (1830-1848) and relieved him of his work
