Expertissim allows you to know the value of the objects around you.

The pre-valuation consists in giving you a fair estimate of your object along with a short description. We assign your object to the appropriate expert, who has a deep knowledge of the art market.

Since the estimate is primarly based on photos and on the description you gave us, it is always given as a guideline, for personal use only and subject to change once we see the object.

Create your account or login if you already have an account, in order to fill up the pre-valuation form. Each pre-valuation for one object costs 1 credit ($6.42 all taxes included).

Expertissim offers another option compared to the traditional way of selling. Our website is open 24 hours a day to the whole world, and allows you to reach an international market.

Selling and payment time frame with Expertissim.

Once the Sale Mandate is signed, your Object may be online on the Website within 15 days. Besides, Expertissim guarantees to send your payment within 30 days after we received the payment.

If you wish to sell one or several objects on Expertissim, you may either:

• Bring the object to our office after a first phone call with an expert by calling Expertissim at +33 (0)1 45 23 59 95.
• Request a pre-valuation based on photos via our on line form for 1 credit.

Afterwards, you will receive the valuation of our experts, based on the photos of your object. Then, with your authorization, we will proceed to the final appraisal of the object in our office, or exceptionally at your home.

Your credit used for the pre-valuation will be refunded if you sell your object with expertissim.com.

Expertissim will send the payment to the Seller within the following month after the object is sold. A Seller's commission of 10% (all taxes included) for any object sold under 600 € and 5% (all taxes included) for any object sold over 600 €, will be deducted from the total amount (Terms and Conditions).

Storage fees are at our expenses. Only the shipping costs are charged.

To request a pre-valuation based on photos, you first need to acquire credits for a unit cost of $6.42 (all taxes included).

If the object is not sold by the end of the 1-2 months, we will contact you in order to find an adapted solution.

• Restitution of your object. No fees.
• Put your object back on sale with Expertissim.

• Assign Expertissim to sell your object in a traditional auction with one of our partners (fees are approximately 15% depending on the auction house).

If you are a seller, you may:

• Either leave your objects directly at our office, by appointment at 10 rue d'Uzes (Paris 2nd arrondisement).
• Either contact us to organize the transport to our office
• Either take the opportunity of a visit from one of our experts in your region to estimate and/or transport your object.

If you are a buyer, you may:

• Either pay for the delivery during the purchase of your object.
  We ship with:
  - Colissimo for France and for standard and non fragile items, weighing less than 4 kg. French Poste standard rate.
  - UPS (Transport World Wide) for any other case, with the UPS "Express" service for any destination for which this service exists, and UPS Saver service otherwise. UPS special standard rate.
  - Specialized carrier for furniture. On request only.
• Either pick-up your purchase at our office at 10 rue d'Uzes (Paris 2eme), by appointment.
• Either choose a carrier of your choice for the delivery
