Woodturner's masterpiece; Tempietto of six, ebony columns with ivory rings on a tri-stepped, round base decorated with a checkered marquetry. Holding a roof in the shape of a turned disk surmounted with a dome of 22 alternating sections of walnut and light wood.
The temple, on a baluster, contains a "mystery sphere" with ten openings encasing a pointed octehedron.
The dome is surmounted by another prowess containing stellated dodecahedron with conical points.
Mid-20th Century work, Signed Dethon.
