Pair of outward curved, flat backrest armchairs, the anterior sheathed legs terminating in lion's claws of gilded bronze, posterior sabre feet, armrests ornated with the winged sphinx busts.

Empire Style, work from the firm Gouffé created during the first part of the 20th Century.

Re-upholstered with a red silk fabric with motifs of laurel crowns and bees.
