Officer of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Ministry of Culture and Communication, January 1st, 2003), Chevalier of the Ordre National du Mérite (14 May 2003).


Specialized in :
Ancient arms and weapons (16th to 19th centuries), decorations and Orders, uniforms, militaria, sporting guns.
Historical and Napoleonic memorabilia.
As an expert he took part in about 70 auction sales per year at the Hôtel Drouot, Paris and in the other regions.

•    170 items from RMS Titanic
•    One of the travelling chests of Queen Marie-Antoinette
•    A gold leaf from Napoleon I's crown, offered to the miniature painter J.-B. Isabey
•    Paintings with a military or historical subject (when requested by paintings experts to recognize a place or a uniform)
•    A pair of pistols owned by Emperor Napoleon I
