VIENNA and various. Collection comprising - a rectangular plater with perforated borders decorated with a mythological scene representing the Rape of Europa in the centre. This scene within a gilded framework surrounded with red wine-color ground enhanced with a gilded camaïeu of flowered palm garlands. Gilded fillets with openwork. - Two pitchers, one covered with decor of Venus and Cupids and four seasons - two covered cups and saucers with decor of Shepherds from Arcadia and Sources of Love - a covered sugar with decor of Venus and Adonius. The scenes detach from a ground of red wine-color enhanced with gilded garlands and borders with blue and pink ground and labels with brown ground with decor of fantasy animals pulled on chariots driven by a squirrel, turtle and bird.

Length of platter: 39 cm (15-1/4 in.)
Height of sugar: 10 cm (4 in.).
Height of covered cup: 10.5 cm (4 in.).
One saucer is repaired. One handle is re-glued and one handle is re-made. Chips along the interior of one cover.
